Olive You 4-Ever Rigatoni

Because loving yourself starts with good olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz gluten-free rigatoni
  • 3 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil (Three Silos)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ tsp Glow Dust
  • ½ cup pasta water
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or Italian sausage
  • 1 cup veggies (spinach, cherry tomatoes, or mushrooms)
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • Optional: drizzle of Italian Fig Balsamic, red pepper flakes, lemon zest

Directions

  1. Set the mood — Pour a glass, light a candle, and grab your PJs. Comfort, not chaos.
  2. Cook pasta — Boil rigatoni until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  3. Sauté & stir — In olive oil, sauté garlic + veggies or protein. Sprinkle in Glow Dust to bloom.

Makes: ~½ cup  |  Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Italian Fig Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Glow Dust
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • Sea salt + black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk balsamic, Dijon, and honey until smooth.
  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
  3. Stir in Glow Dust, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust.
