What exactly is Shebang?
Shebang is what happens when menopause meets its match! We're a monthly subscription box delivering premium relief products right to your door. Because dealing with menopause is enough work already.

How often will I receive my Shebang box?
Monthly—just like those mood swings! Your box of menopause magic arrives around the 1st of each month, bringing relief when you need it most.

Can I skip a month or cancel?
Absolutely! Unlike hot flashes, we're totally predictable. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account. No sweat, no stress, no hard feelings.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes to select countries. Please click here to view our International Shipping Policy for more details

When will my first box arrive?
Sign up by the 15th of the month to receive the following month's box. Your first Shebang experience will ship around the 25th of the month and will be received by the 1st week of the following month. Good things come to those who wait (but not too long, we promise).

Do I get tracking info?
Yes! Once your box ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can stalk your self-care delivery every step of the way.

What if my box is damaged or missing something?
Oh no! Email us at info@getshebang.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of any damage. We’ll do our best to make it right.

GIFTING & SHARING

Can I send Shebang as a gift?
Is it hot in here, or is it just an amazing gift idea? Yes! Select our "Gift A Box" option to send relief to a friend in need.

I'm a partner wanting to help. Is there a gift option for me?
Smart move! Choose "One Time Purchase" at checkout or you can gift a monthly subscription (cancel anytime). It's the perfect way to say "I support you" without accidentally saying the wrong thing about hormones.

Can I customize what goes in the box?
Unfortunately, no. Our experts curate each box based on what real women say they need most. Trust us, we've done the research so you don't have to.

BILLING & ACCOUNT

When will I be charged?
Subscriptions are billed on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month’s box.

Can I update my shipping or billing info?
Yes! Just log into your account to update your address, payment method, or preferences. Do it before the 15th to apply changes to the next box.

Do you offer refunds?
Because of the nature of our curated boxes, we don’t offer refunds on shipped boxes. You can cancel anytime before the 15th to avoid the next charge.

OTHER COMMON QUESTIONS

Are the products in Shebang safe?
All products are vetted by real women, and many are made with natural ingredients. That said, always read the ingredient lists—and check with your doctor if you have sensitivities, allergies, or health conditions.

Will there be any products with CBD or THC?
Sometimes. Boxes may include legal, low-dose cannabinoid products for relief. We’ll always list that info and provide clear labeling. You must be of legal age in your state to receive these products.

Absolutely amazing!

I’m a person that is reluctant to try anything new, I use the same products over and over, year after year but could never understand why I was beginning to see less results until I came across this wonderful company and these 2 wonderful women! Cougar puberty is a REAL THING and these ladies make me feel completely educated about what my body is going through and things I can do to help cope with the changes. I can feel the love thoughtfulness and care Laurie and Dodie put into each box (I’m on my 2nd and not stopping anytime soon) by hand selecting items that actually work! If you are in the same boat as me….wonder why I’m hot, where the brain fog came from, why I am restless at night, and the 20 other things my body is throwing at me, you owe it to yourself to sign up for this subscription! I wish they would’ve started this sooner but nonetheless I'm glad I have it now🤩.

Happiness at your Door

I actually had forgotten that I ordered the Shebang box so when I got home one day and saw this beautiful colorful box at my front door… well I was so excited!!
The box in itself is worth keeping but inside was pure happiness.

You know when you were little and you paid a quarter for a grab bag and you were so excited to rip open the bag to see what you got?? Well this was one of those times, like a little kid in the candy store , and it was well worth the money.
I absolutely loved everything and it was so much more than what I thought I would be getting.
Falling asleep and staying asleep has been a nightmare but the mushroom gummy’s did the trick.
